* Process 1:- Master Forms for maintaining information regarding Students, Subjects, Employees, Books and many more.
* Process 2:- Total Accounts i.e. School expenditure, Amount Received, Credit/Debit and Accounts Details.
* Process 3:- Reports for Monthly Payment/Salary, Monthly Attendance of Students/Employees Details. Provident Fund Report and Report for any kind of Salary Breakage paid till current date.
College Key Features
This Software is developed for Colleges to make their automation of whole Management process. This is useful for any type of a colleges such as Management, Degree Engg. Etc. The software Contains Modules Like Student Detail, Employee, Class, Subject Examination & Various reports such as Student Mark sheet, Result Sheet, Summery detail of marksheet. This software is Multi-user which can be run in a network. Where Database will be stored in a Server & any one can access it from any machine within the network.
* Student Detail:- You can add/Edit whole student detail like personal, Family & Other. You can view the entire list of Student also.
* Employee Detail:- You can add/Edit whole employee detail like personal, Family & Other. You can view the entire list of employee also.
* Class Detail:- You can add/Edit classes detail such as Standard Name & Short Name. You can view the entire list of classes created by you.
* Subject Detail:- You can add/Edit the whole subject detail by entering Class Name & Subject Name, it gives you the detail of each class have their respective subject. Ex. Science class have different subject than commerce class . Also you view the entire list of subject list class wise with their code.
* Examination:- You can add / edit the examination detail by entering the Exam Name, Standard, Subject Marks, Total Marks, Minimum Marks & Grace Marks. This will gives us an idea that for which standard (such as Commerce, Science) exam (such as Term1, Term2 or Semester pattern) is going to be held & what will be their Total Marks, Minimum Marks & Grace Marks ( Grace Marks option is provided for better result) Means suppose students fails in a subject then you can promote him to the next standard by giving him grace marks.
* Grcace Marks Option:- Grace marks is eligible for two subject only, suppose student fails in more than two subject then he will treat as a fail, so he has reappear for that exam again. If the student fails in less than two subject then you can promote him to the next class by giving him grace marks ( means ATKT).
* Exam Entry:- You can make the entry in the exam form by selecting Exam Date, Class, Division, Exam Name. Click on View Student List button you will get the whole student list.
* Mark list:- This software has provide three types of Mark list.
1) Subject Wise with their summery (Total Pass, Fail, Grade, Percentage).
2) Exam wise with their summery (Total Pass, Fail, Grade, Percentage).
3) Student Wise with their summery (Total Pass, Fail, Grade, Percentage).
& then at the end Final Mark list of the Student.
